تطبيق نسق للموظفين — سياسة الخصوصية
١. من نحن. تنشر تطبيقَ نسق للموظفين («التطبيق») على Google Play، باسم المطوّر Iron Crab، مؤسسةُ «السلطعون الحديدي لتطبيقات الأعمال»، المفرق، الأردن، سجل تجاري رقم ٦٢٣٧٤٩. وتبني التطبيقَ وتصونه وتدعمه شركةُ الخطوة السريعة لأنظمة المعلومات (Stride Business Solutions)، المفرق، الأردن، سجل تجاري رقم ٥٥٧٤١٦ («نحن»). وتنشر المؤسسةُ التطبيقَ نيابةً عنا، ولا يصلها شيء من بياناتك عن طريقه. للتواصل: admin@stridebs.com
٢. من المسؤول عن بياناتك. التطبيق أداة خدمة ذاتية لموظفي الجهات التي تستخدم نظام نسق. جهة عملك هي التي تحدد البيانات التي تُجمع والغرض منها، وهي المسؤولة عنها. ويقدّم نظامَ نسق لجهة عملك مكتبُ صناعه المنهج للاستشارات التعليمية والتربوية، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ولا يعالج بياناتك إلا وفق تعليمات جهة عملك. ونحن نبني النظام ونصونه وندعمه لهذا المكتب بموجب اتفاقية مكتوبة، ولا نعالج بياناتك نحن أيضًا إلا وفق تعليمات جهة عملك. ولا يستخدم أيٌّ منا بياناتك لأغراضه الخاصة. ولا يمكنك تسجيل الدخول إلا بحساب أنشأته لك جهة عملك.
٣. ما يجمعه التطبيق ولماذا.
- حساب العمل (الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني للعمل أو اسم الدخول، وسجل الموظف): لتسجيل دخولك وعرض سجلاتك أنت.
- موقعك، مرة واحدة عند كل تسجيل حضور أو انصراف. إذا فعّلت جهة عملك الموقع في الحضور، يأخذ التطبيق قراءة موقع واحدة عند الضغط على تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف، للتحقق من وجودك في موقع عملك. لا يتتبعك في الخلفية، ولا يقرأ موقعك في أي وقت آخر. ويُقرَّب الموقع إلى نحو ١١ مترًا قبل حفظه. لا يرى مديرك إلا هل كنت في المكتب أو تعمل عن بُعد أو خارج المكتب، والمسافة؛ ولا يطّلع على الإحداثيات إلا قسم الموارد البشرية. ويُسجَّل مع كل تسجيل حضور أو انصراف عنوانُ IP الذي استخدمه هاتفك، سواء أكان الموقع مفعّلًا أم لا. وتُحذف الإحداثيات وعنوان IP الخاص بالتسجيل تلقائيًا بعد ٩٠ يومًا، أو بعد المدة التي تحددها جهة عملك وتعرضها لك في تنبيه الموقع داخل التطبيق. وإذا كنت تعمل من المنزل فلا تُحسب أي مسافة إلى منزلك. ولا يلتقط التطبيق أي صورة عند تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف.
- الصور التي تختار إرفاقها (إيصالات المصروفات) من الكاميرا أو من معرض الصور. يزيل التطبيق البيانات المخفية في الصورة، ومنها موقع التقاطها، قبل إرسالها.
- ما تقدّمه بنفسك: طلبات الإجازة، ومطالبات المصروفات، وطلبات الخطابات، وتقدّم الأهداف، وطلبات تعديل هاتفك الشخصي أو بريدك الشخصي أو جهة الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ. ولا يسري تعديل الملف إلا بعد موافقة الموارد البشرية. ويظهر في طلب الإجازة نوعها، وقد تكون إجازة مرضية؛ ولا يرسل التطبيق أي مستندات طبية.
- سجلات الأمان. عند تسجيل دخولك واستخدامك التطبيق، يسجّل النظام الوقت وعنوان IP ونوع الجهاز، لحماية حسابك والنظام.
٤. ما لا يفعله التطبيق. لا إعلانات. لا تحليلات ولا تتبّع. لا بيع للبيانات. لا مشاركة مع أطراف أخرى لأغراضها الخاصة. لا موقع في الخلفية. لا وصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الميكروفون أو ملفاتك الأخرى.
٥. أين تُحفظ بياناتك. في نظام نسق الخاص بجهة عملك، المستضاف في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نسخه الاحتياطية. وقد يدخل فريق الدعم لدينا إلى النظام عن بُعد من الأردن لصيانته، ولا تُحفظ أي نسخة من بياناتك خارج المملكة. ولا تُرسل البيانات إلا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).
٦. على هاتفك. لا يحتفظ التطبيق إلا بمفتاح الدخول في التخزين الآمن لهاتفك. وتُحذف كشوف الرواتب والمستندات التي تفتحها عند إغلاقها. وعند تسجيل الخروج يُمسح كل ما حفظه التطبيق، ويُلغى المفتاح على الخادم. والتطبيق مستثنى من النسخ الاحتياطي للهاتف.
٧. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات. إحداثيات الحضور وعناوين IP: ٩٠ يومًا، أو المدة التي تحددها جهة عملك (انظر البند ٣). سجلات الوصول إلى الخادم: حتى ٩٠ يومًا. وتُحذف النسخ الاحتياطية تلقائيًا خلال ٣٥ يومًا. وما عدا ذلك يخضع لسياسة حفظ السجلات لدى جهة عملك وللأنظمة المطبّقة عليها.
٨. حقوقك. يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو معرفة كيفية استخدامها. قدّم طلبك إلى قسم الموارد البشرية في جهة عملك، فهي المسؤولة عنها. ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على admin@stridebs.com، وسنحيل طلبك إلى جهة عملك خلال ٣ أيام عمل ونساعدها في الرد عليه.
٩. الأطفال. التطبيق مخصص للموظفين فقط، وليس موجّهًا لمن هم دون ١٨ عامًا.
١٠. التعديلات. سنحدّث هذه الصفحة متى تغيّر تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات، ونغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها.
Nasaq staff app — Privacy Policy
1. Who we are. The Nasaq staff app ("the app") is published on Google Play under the developer name Iron Crab, by Iron Crab Est. for Business Applications, Mafraq, Jordan, Commercial Registration no. 623749. It is built, maintained and supported by Al Khatwa Al Saria for Information Systems, trading as Stride Business Solutions, Mafraq, Jordan, Commercial Registration no. 557416 ("we"). Iron Crab publishes the app on our behalf and receives none of your data through it. Contact: admin@stridebs.com.
2. Who is responsible for your data. The app is a self-service tool for employees of organisations that use the Nasaq ERP system. Your employer decides what data is collected and why, and is responsible for it. Your employer's Nasaq system is provided to it by Sinaat Al Manhaj Office for Educational and Pedagogical Consulting, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which processes your data only on your employer's instructions. We build, maintain and support the system for that office under a written agreement, also only on your employer's instructions. Neither of us uses your data for our own purposes. You can only sign in with an account your employer created for you.
3. What the app collects, and why.
- Your work account (name, work email or login, employee record): to sign you in and show your own records.
- Your location, once per punch. If your employer has turned attendance location on, the app takes one location reading when you tap Punch In or Punch Out, to check that you are at your work location. It never tracks you in the background and never reads your location at any other time. The location is rounded to about 11 metres before it is saved. Your manager sees only whether you were in the office, working remotely or away, and the distance; only HR sees the coordinates. Each punch also records the IP address your phone used, whether or not location is on. Coordinates and the IP address of the punch are deleted automatically after 90 days, or after the period your employer sets and shows you in the app's location notice. If you work from home, no distance to your home is calculated. The app never takes a photo when you punch.
- Photos you choose to attach (expense receipts), from the camera or your gallery. The app removes the photo's hidden data, including its location, before sending it.
- What you submit: leave requests, expense claims, letter requests, objective progress, and requests to change your private phone, private email or emergency contact. Profile changes take effect only after HR approves them. A leave request shows its leave type, which may be sick leave; the app sends no medical documents.
- Security records. When you sign in and use the app, the system records the time, your IP address and the type of device, to protect your account and the system.
4. What the app does not do. No advertising. No analytics or tracking. No sale of data. No sharing with third parties for their own purposes. No background location. No access to your contacts, microphone or other files.
5. Where your data is stored. In your employer's Nasaq system, hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including its backups. Our support team may access the system remotely from Jordan to maintain it; no copy of your data is kept outside the Kingdom. Data is sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
6. On your phone. The app keeps only a sign-in key, in your phone's secure storage. Payslips and documents you open are deleted when you close them. Signing out removes everything the app stored and cancels the key on the server. The app is excluded from phone backups.
7. How long we keep data. Punch coordinates and IP addresses: 90 days, or the period your employer sets (see 3). Server access logs: up to 90 days. Backup copies are deleted automatically within 35 days. Everything else follows your employer's record-keeping policy and the law that applies to it.
8. Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or ask how it is used. Send your request to your employer's HR department, who are responsible for it. You can also write to us at admin@stridebs.com: we will pass it to your employer within 3 working days and help them answer it.
9. Children. The app is for employees only and is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes. We will update this page when the app's handling of data changes, and change the date at the top.
